Following his successful East Coast tour\, Brittes and his trio will go on to perform at prestigious venues like San José Jazz Festival and Stanford Live\, offering a unique blend of Indigenous Guaraní and Baroque influences. \nThis tour bridges the multicultural heritage of the Southwest with southern South America. Brittes will showcase Chamamé’s connection to rivers\, particularly poignant given recent flooding in his home state of Rio Grande do Sul\, Brazil. The tour supports flood relief efforts through collaborations with the Brazil California Chamber of Commerce and Santa Barbara-based Direct Relief. \nExperience the vibrant rhythms of Chamamé while supporting cultural exchange and humanitarian efforts.
